The air-cooled granulation system can be applied to some polymer material processing applications, including PVC, LLDPE masterbatch, high filling calcium carbonate masterbatch, degradation masterbatch, low smoke halogen-free cable material, high concentration carbon black masterbatch, cross-linked cable material, etc. The air-cooled granulation system can avoid material contact with cooling water and directly adopt the air-cooled method. The main components usually include: extrusion outlet template, granulator, cyclone cooler and its air-cooled delivery system, vibrating screen, and subsequent bin packaging system.
